About Us      For three generations the Turner family has owned, operated, and worked in the painting business. In 1960, after serving four years as an aircraft painter for the United States Air Force, Cleveland N. A. Turner returned home to Northern Virginia and began the establishment of a reputable Painting Contracting business. Cleveland retired in 1997, at which time he had devoted 37 years  serving the area as a dedicated and respected Contractor; the last 21 years of which he was accompanied side by side by his son, Mike.       By the time of Cleveland's retirement in 1997 he and his son had established a strong reputation throughout the area and built a solid customer base.  Mike has carried on the his father's legacy, and established himself as an exceptional, dedicated, and well-respected Painting Contractor.      Turner Painting Co. Inc., is run on principles of quality, courtesy and integrity. Focusing on these principle's, Mike's leadership has helped the business reach new heights.  The operation has grown from an in-home operation to an organization headquartered at 1020 Front Royal Pike, in Winchester, VA. This move provided an opportunity to expand our storage space, providing more room for things like boom lifts, bucket trucks, and numerous vans and equipment, all of which afford us the opportunity to decrease operational costs and take on projects of any size.       We take on residential, commercial and industrial projects. Doing no more then one or two projects at a time to ensure that we remained focused on the quality of the job at hand.       Mike runs his business as a hands on leader, but is fortunate enough to have quality foremen and experienced craftsmen, all of whom possess extensive experience in the trade.             We have created this website as a means of customer convenience and will keep it updated regularly with new project photos and company news .       At Turner Painting Company, we put quality and customer service first.
